These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of citizens4humanity.org(the "Site"), operated by Citizens 4 Humanity, Inc.. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the Site to transmit malicious code.
Donations
Citizens 4 Humanity, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Online donations are voluntary contributions processed by BetterWorld on its own platform and are subject to the terms presented there. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at info@citizens4humanity.org and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Citizens 4 Humanity, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citizens 4 Humanity, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Citizens 4 Humanity, Inc. from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
