The Barrila Hospitality Academy

A transformative academy bringing American youth ages 17 to 24 to Italy for hands-on training in culinary arts, hospitality, and Italian culture.

Set on 12 acres of Umbrian countryside — two stone buildings (~3,500 sq ft each) plus a 1400s historical church and outdoor stables.
